You are welcome here,
exactly as you are.
A daily practice in art, mindfulness and self-compassion — for anyone navigating the ordinary difficulty of being human.
On self-compassion
"You cannot offer genuine presence to others from a place of depletion. This practice begins with you — not because you matter more, but because you matter too. And a you that is seen, tended, and whole has so much more to give."
"When you are kind to yourself, you become kinder to everyone around you."
Inspired by Dr. Kristin Neff · Self-Compassion, 2011
This is for you if
  • The world feels heavy and you are not sure how to deal with it
  • You give consistently to others and rarely to yourself
  • You have felt the pull toward a more present, conscious life but haven't found the path to it
  • You are rebuilding after loss, illness, or a life that changed course
  • You are simply a human being doing your best in uncertain times
Five to fifteen minutes a day. A simple art activity. A breathing practice. One honest question. One journal entry.
That is all. And it is enough.
How a session works
Six steps.
Always in this order.
1
Arrive — hand on heart, one breath
2
Check in — how are you arriving today?
3
Receive — your personalised art practice guide
4
Practice — make the art, breathe, take your time
5
Reflect — sit with one honest question
6
Journal — one word, one sentence, whatever arrived
🎨
Before you worry
"But I can't draw."
Not a problem. No skill required.
No right answer exists.
You will pull a string through folded paper. Press a pencil against a leaf. Drop colour onto wet paper and watch it bloom. Or simply use your hands and your imagination, no tools needed.
The art is not the point — what the art reveals is the point.
Your journey
Four stages.
One at a time.
A
Awareness
Notice without judgment.
Learn to observe your inner experience with curiosity rather than reaction. Nothing needs to be fixed. Only noticed.
U
Understanding
Make meaning from what you find. Give your inner experience a simple framework. Awareness becomes insight rather than just observation.
T
Tools
Choose your own practices. Build your own daily micro-practice that fits your life.
O
Ownership
The practice becomes yours. You are the program now.
This program creates the conditions
for you to see it.
What do you have at home?
Tick what
you have.
We will only suggest practices you can do right now.
Just for you
Tell us a little
about yourself.
So we can truly meet you where you are.
What is your name?
What brings you here?
How much time can you give yourself each day?
Have you tried mindfulness or art practice before?
You are ready
One breath
before you begin.
Place your hand on your heart. Breathe in slowly. Breathe out completely.
4
Breathe in
Activates alertness and energy.
4
Be still
Your body finds its balance.
6
Breathe out — longer
Activates calm and rest. A longer exhale tells your brain: you are safe.
Breathe in
expanding...
🌱 One small practice. One breath. One day at a time.
