The Present Project is a personal development program that uses art-making as a vehicle for mindfulness, emotional awareness, and wellbeing. It is operated by Tipparat Patchar Design, a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada.
The Present Project is not a clinical service, therapy, or medical treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service.
This program is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing access, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
The Present Project offers your first 3 sessions free of charge, with no payment required. Full access to all four stages — 36 sessions in total — is available for a one-time fee of $69 CAD. This fee grants you full access to the program including all four stages, the daily practice app, and any future updates to existing content. There is no subscription and no renewal.
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record and handles all applicable tax collection and remittance on behalf of Tipparat Patchar Design. Tipparat Patchar Design does not store your payment information.
Refund policy: All sales are final. No refunds are offered. Because the first 3 sessions are provided free of charge before any payment is required, you have the opportunity to experience the program before committing. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have had sufficient opportunity to evaluate the program and accept that all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us at hello@thepresentproject.ca and we will work to resolve it.
The Present Project takes your privacy seriously.
What we collect:
What leaves your device: When you generate a practice, your mood, stage, and available supplies are sent to our practice generation service (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to create a personalised practice for you. No personally identifying information is included in this request.
What we do not do:
You can delete all your data at any time by using the Reset options in your Profile page, or by clearing your browser's local storage.
All content within The Present Project — including but not limited to the program structure, practice descriptions, written content, and the A.U.T.O. framework — is the intellectual property of Tipparat Patchar Design and is protected under applicable copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of this program without written permission from Tipparat Patchar Design.
Your journal entries and any artwork you create through the program belong entirely to you.
The Present Project references the work of researchers, authors, and practitioners including but not limited to Jon Kabat-Zinn, Viktor Frankl, Brené Brown, and others. These references are made for educational purposes with appropriate attribution. The Present Project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these individuals or their organisations.
The daily practice app uses Anthropic's Claude API for practice generation. Use of this feature is subject to Anthropic's terms of service. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, subject to their terms of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tipparat Patchar Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Present Project.
The program is provided as-is. While every effort is made to ensure the content is accurate, thoughtful, and beneficial, Tipparat Patchar Design makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or results.
Liability period: Tipparat Patchar Design's liability is limited to a period of one year from the date of the last purchase made on the platform. After this period, Tipparat Patchar Design shall have no further obligation to maintain, update, or provide access to the program.
Service continuity: The Present Project is operated by a sole developer. While every effort will be made to maintain continuous service, Tipparat Patchar Design cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the event of discontinuation, users will be notified with a minimum of 30 days notice where reasonably possible.
Your data: Your journal entries, reflections, and personal progress are stored locally on your device only and are never held on our servers. This data remains accessible to you regardless of the status of The Present Project platform. Practice generation requires the app and its associated services to be active — this functionality may be affected by service discontinuation.
